Return Policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product, please contact us at support@absoleutecare.com for a fast resolution.

Returns -

All product-related issues - please contact Monkey at support@absoleutecare.com for a prompt resolution.

Shipping -

USPS is the service utilized. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. Any orders returned due to incorrect address will be refunded - less the shipping cost.

Refunds -

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis as determined by the evaluation of the problem. In the case where a refund is deemed appropriate, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show back onto your card used to make the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours by Absoleute Care.

Shipping - The product is shipped via US Postal Service with the United States and to APO addresses only. Customer assumes responsibility for product once confirmation of delivery by the Postal Service has taken place. Incorrect addresses provided when ordering are not the responsibility of Monkey Werx. Any returned product that is deemed undeliverable by the USPS will be refunded back to the customer’s card, less the cost of shipping.

Fulfillment - Most orders are filled within 3-5 business days. Clothing average about 5-7 business days.

Terms of Service

Should you experience an outrageous shipping calculation during checkout, please empty your cart, clear your cache and attempt again. This happens from time to time and I am not sure why. You may also contact me at support@absoleutecare.com for resolution.
